Haddad Villa

MAP designed a private villa with a high level of privacy within Amman city, so they conceptualized ‎the design as an Islamic modern villa by abstracting the courtyard and make it inside enclosure ‎aligned to the main entrance.‎

Natural Tafouh stone used as a cladding material to the facade gives the luxury to the design. ‎Featuring the use of traditional Islamic elements arches, Mashrabiya and Al-Majaz that gives a unique ‎design and a high level of privacy.‎

Privacy had a major role designing the villa, Making the main entrance sideway using Al-Majaz ‎element and covering the glazed panels by Mashrabiya concept. Also, the use of passive design ‎through the design process to apply the concept to the plans and the elevations.‎‎
