MAP designed a private villa with a high level of privacy within Amman city, so they conceptualized the design as an Islamic modern villa by abstracting the courtyard and make it inside enclosure aligned to the main entrance.
Natural Tafouh stone used as a cladding material to the facade gives the luxury to the design. Featuring the use of traditional Islamic elements arches, Mashrabiya and Al-Majaz that gives a unique design and a high level of privacy.
Privacy had a major role designing the villa, Making the main entrance sideway using Al-Majaz element and covering the glazed panels by Mashrabiya concept. Also, the use of passive design through the design process to apply the concept to the plans and the elevations.
